IDR is hiring early-career professionals to join our Denver team in 2027.

IDR is an IT staffing firm that brings in recent college grads and early-career professionals who want to build a career in sales. Our new hires begin in a sales-driven recruiting role, learning how to prospect, build relationships, navigate objections, and deliver results. Through hands-on experience and structured training, you'll develop the foundation for a potential career in outside sales and account management.

What you'll do:

• Proactively identify and connect with IT professionals through calls, messaging, and other outreach.
• Build relationships with candidates and match their experience to client opportunities.
• Learn how to prospect, handle objections, negotiate, and manage a pipeline.
• Work toward individual performance goals in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Develop the skills needed to pursue future sales opportunities within IDR.

Who we're looking for:

We're interested in motivated December 2026 or May 2027 graduates and early-career professionals who:

• Are genuinely interested in building a career in sales.
• Enjoy working with people and developing new relationships.
• Are comfortable making outbound calls and initiating conversations.
• Respond well to coaching, feedback, and measurable goals.
• Have demonstrated initiative through work, internships, athletics, campus involvement, or other experiences.

No specific major or previous staffing experience is required.
