Job Title: Garment Shipping Associate Location: Tempe, AZ Position Type: Production / Garment Manufacturing Employment Type: Full-Time Pay Rate: $18 Schedule: 6:00 AM-2:30 PM, M-F Responsibilities Pull garments and materials according to customer orders and production requirements. Inspect, count, fold, label, and package finished garments accurately. Prepare completed orders for shipping and delivery. Organize and maintain inventory and production materials. Verify orders for accuracy and ensure products are properly packaged. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow production, inventory, and shipping procedures. Work efficiently to meet daily production and order deadlines. Qualifications Previous experience in shipping, order pulling, packaging, warehouse, or garment/apparel production preferred. Experience handling or packaging clothing or finished garments is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately count and verify orders. Ability to follow orders, labels, and detailed instructions. Comfortable performing repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods. Ability to lift and move boxes, garments, and production materials as needed. Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced production environment. Basic organization and inventory skills.
