Safety Coordinator Details:
The DOT/HSE Admin will support daily DOT and HSE compliance operations in an office-based environment. Responsibilities include maintaining Driver Qualification Files, monitoring CDL credentials, coordinating DOT and non-DOT drug/alcohol testing, processing new hires and background checks, and assisting with audit preparation and reporting. The position will also support PPE management, new-hire safety training, H2S bump testing, yard inspections, SDS updates, and general HSE documentation. Candidates must have DOT compliance knowledge, some HSE experience, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Office. Knowledge of OSHA 1910 is preferred.
